Belkin - Default Router Password & Settings

Belkin - Default Router Password & Settings

To connect to a Belkin router via default settings you'll need to connect to the gateway via an ethernet cable or via wireless (if this option is available). After that step you'll need to use a common internet browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc. Next step is to type into the address bar of your internet browser the default IP of your new gateway, and after that to access it (just hit enter).

Next step is to wait (a few seconds or even less) to load the web page of your router, and you'll see that you're prompted to type a username and a password to login into your gateway, and then you can start to  customize it's settings accordingly to your needs.

Almost all routers from this vendor are using as default settings the same IP, user and password, and these are IP: 192.168.2.1 Username: - Password - at least for next models:

Belkin F7D1301, Belkin F7D2301, Belkin F7D3301, Belkin F7D3402, Belkin F7D5301, Belkin F7D6301, Belkin F7D7301, Belkin F7D7302, Belkin F9J1002, Belkin F9J1106au, Belkin F9K1001, Belkin F9K1002, Belkin F9K1003, Belkin F9K1105, Belkin F9K1112, Belkin F9K1113, Belkin F9K1116, Belkin F9K1117, Belkin F9K1118.

TRENDnet - Default Router Password & Settings

After you connect your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone to your new TRENDnet router via an ethernet cable or wireless (you'll need to turn on the wireless function if it's not activated by default - if you have a button available for this), you'll need to open an internet browser and type in the address bar next IP 192.168.10.1 . Then hit enter  and after the loging box will ask you to imput the login details, type for username: admin and password: admin .

Usually it's the most common way to login into your router, but... there are some exceptions, of course, and that is the reason I'll add some TRENDnet gateways models with the proper IP, default settings related to IP address, username and password.

ASUS - Default Router Password & Settings

ASUS - Default Router Password & Settings

For all ASUS routers I worked, and also I obtained the login data, I encountered the same username admin and password admin .

But... before to access the login box, you'll need to open an internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer are the best), and then type next default IP in the address bar of your internet browser: 192.168.1.1

After that hit enter and the login box of your ASUS gateway will promt you for the username and password (I provided you this info in first article's paragraph).

Anyway, just to be sure, I made a list with next ASUS routers that accept this the username and password:

ASUS RT-AC56U, ASUS RT-AC66U, ASUS RT-AC68U, ASUS RT-G32, ASUS RT-N10, ASUS RT-N10 B1, ASUS RT-N10 C1, ASUS RT-N10 D1, ASUS RT-N10+ C1, ASUS RT-N10+ D1, ASUS RT-N10E, ASUS RT-N10E B1, ASUS RT-N10LX, ASUS RT-N10P, ASUS RT-N10U, ASUS RT-N10U B, ASUS RT-N12, ASUS RT-N12 B1, ASUS RT-N12 C1, ASUS RT-N12 D1, ASUS RT-N12E, ASUS RT-N12HP, ASUS RT-N12LX, ASUS RT-N13U, ASUS RT-N13U B1, ASUS RT-N14U, ASUS RT-N14UHP, ASUS RT-N15U, ASUS RT-N16, ASUS RT-N53, ASUS RT-N56U, ASUS RT-N65U, ASUS RT-N66U, ASUS RT-N66W, ASUS WL-500GP V2, ASUS WL-520GC, ASUS WL-520GU.

4G Systems - Default Router Password & Settings

4G Systems - Default Password Settings

Usually, after you'll open a common internet browser, you should type the address 192.168.123.254. After that the username box should be left blank, and into the pasword box you should type admin .

Also, some exceptions are applied (like XSBox R4v Mobile HSDPA Gateway), and that is the reason I'll put the passwords for some common "4G Systems":

XSBox Go IP: 192.168.123.254 Username: - Password: admin

XSBox Go+ IP: 192.168.123.254 Username: - Password: admin

XSBox Go+ LTE IP: 192.168.123.254 Username: - Password: admin

XSBox Move IP: 192.168.123.254 Username: - Password: admin

XSBox R4v IP: 192.168.123.254 Username: admin Password: -

XSBox R6v IP: 192.168.123.254 Username: - Password: admin
